Registration Guidelines

    • All conference participants must pay the registration fee.
    • Your registration will be completed if the payment is received before the official deadline for selected fee.
    • Unpaid or partially paid registration will not be considered as valid until fully paid. All registration deadlines are applicable considering the local time (UTC/GMT+7).


    • You must have Google account in order to complete registration for ICAS 2020 ( . If you have Google account, you may to proceed to register.
    • If you plan to present your work in the conference, you are required to submit your paper on our EasyChair page.
    • If you are a student, you are required to submit your proof of student status.

    •         ** Please complete each section in the registration form and read it carefully.

      The Conference registration fee includes:

        • Participation in all conference sessions (i.e. Paper Presentations, Poster session)
        • Access to full conference proceedings
        • Paper Presentation Certificate
        • Refreshment breaks
        • Welcome Dinner
