1. Pay Before the Deadline
Please adhere to the deadlines mentioned in the Dates of Importance .Oral Presenters, Non-Presenters, and Listeners are required to register and pay their registration fee before the final registration deadline. If you pay before the early bird deadline, you will receive a cheaper rate on the registration fee.

3. Payment for the Conference Fee
Your registration is complete when the payment of registration fee has been received. In view of the deadline of end of 20 April 2020 (23:59 UTC/GMT+7) for early fee registration, it is required that the payment of early fee is received on the conference bank account on 20 April 2020. Otherwise the late fee applies automatically.
IMPORTANT - Please register and pay the fee by end 26 April 2020
The possibility to register at the Late registration fee will be closed end of
26 April 2020 (UTC/GMT+7). It will no longer be possible to add your name to the List of Participants. ICAS 2020 registration is non-refundable.
INFORMATION for those whose work was accepted for ORAL or POSTER PRESENTATION.
Please note the deadline of end 26 April 2020. The payment of your fee should be received by end 26 April 2020, otherwise your presentation will be omitted both from the Conference Programme and from the Volume of Abstracts and Proceeding. For details refer to webpage 'Important Dates'.
